Miley Cyrus Shares the First Glimpse of Her ‘Pop Opera’ With ‘Something Beautiful’ Trailer

Referred to during the video as a “one of a kind pop opera,” the new visuals show Cyrus sauntering through backlots, film sets and stairways while sporting vintage Mugler, custom-made Alexander McQueen and Jean-Paul Gaultier couture. The trailer comes just one day after Cyrus officially announced the album’s release date and cover art via Instagram. In the art, the “Flowers” singer sports an elegant, archival 1997 Thierry Mugler headpiece while staring down the camera, a look that mirrors “the album’s bold aesthetic and visual storytelling,” the caption said.
