Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher enjoy a cozy dinner with convicted rapist Danny Masterson's brother - months after they were forced to issue a groveling apology for begging judge to show 'LENIENCY' to That 70s Show star in his assault case
Back in September, the couple came under fierce for defending Danny, 48, but now, they were spotted grabbing a bite to eat with his younger brother, actor Jordan Masterson.
Photographers caught the couple leaving an eatery called The Grill on the Alley in Beverly Hills on Thursday evening with Danny's younger brother, actor Jordan Masterson, and another pal The couple then issued an apology, with Ashton - who has co-founded Thorn, an nonprofit organization that works to stop the exploitation of children - explaining in their joint Instagram video, 'We are aware of the pain that has been caused by the character letters we wrote on behalf of Danny Masterson.' Ashton continued: 'A couple months ago, Danny’s family reached out to us and they asked us to write character letters to represent the person that we knew for 25 years so that the judge could take that into full consideration relative to the sentencing.'
