Mike Tindall reveals why Prince Louis doesn’t join other royals for Christmas lunch

Every year, the Royal Family gather for a grand Christmas lunch a few days before the main event at Sandringham and Mike Tindall has talked about the tradition

According to Princess Anne's son-in-law, who joined the fold after marrying Zara Tindall in 2011, the big Christmas lunch is quite the occasion with senior royals and grown-ups getting pride of place at the main table. The banter was ripe with anticipation as James and Alex playfully probed: "Do you find yourself upgrading every year and getting closer to the main table or are you off out the back?" The Buckingham Palace lunch is an exclusive event for senior royals and their extended family who won't be joining the Christmas festivities at the King's Norfolk residence.
