Michelle Williams got emotional while discussing her late ex Heath Ledger and their now-19-year-old daughter, Matilda
During the Monday, May 19, episode of the “Armchair Expert” podcast, host Dax Shepard spoke with Williams, 44, about the impact Ledger left behind, saying, “I feel obligated to say that I knew him a little bit when he was getting sober, and I don’t know that I’ve ever fallen in love with somebody so quickly.” Jon Kopaloff/FilmMagicThe pair ultimately called it quits in October 2007 and three months later, Ledger died at age 28 due to an accidental drug overdose. The Academy Award-winning actor spent several years and had a child with Brokeback Mountain costar Michelle Williams, but he was linked to Heather Graham and Naomi Watts earlier in his life.
