The actress, known for her work on Gossip Girl and Buffy The Vampire Slayer, was found unconscious in her New York City apartment on Wednesday, February 26, police sources confirmed to Us Weekly. One day after news broke of her passing, Trachtenberg’s cause of death was officially listed as “undetermined” because her family objected to an autopsy, the city medical examiner’s office told the New York Post.
