Geordie Shore's Vicky Pattison, former Corrie actress Georgia May Foote, Emmerdale's Danny Miller and The Saturdays' Rochelle Humes were also among the celebs sending their best wishes to the couple. Michelle kicked off her acting career on TV playing Tina McIntyre in ITV soap opera Coronation Street, joining the cast in 2008.
