EXCLUSIVE: Michelle Heaton has opened up about her fears of falling back into old habits, as she tells OK! the 'old demons' of her alcohol addiction are never too far away
Now, almost four years sober, the mum-of-two is all about healthy living - she's regularly hitting the gym, often alongside hubby Hugh, and she's mindful of her diet. The Liberty X star, 45, who shares kids Faith, 12, and AJ, 10 with her Irish businessman husband Hugh Hanley, is a changed woman today, and rightly proud of how she's managed to turn her life around, having previously confessed that at the height of her addiction, she was knocking back nearly two bottles of wine and a bottle of vodka.
