The Good Morning America co-host, 52, and Isabella, 19, were photographed walking their family dogs in New York City on Friday, April 12, alongside Michael's longtime girlfriend Kayla Quick. At the time of the announcement, she said she had her first emergency surgery in October 2023 to remove a large medulloblastoma — a type of malignant tumor — in her cerebellum. She ended the blog from home, sharing the disappointing news that her chemotherapy treatments had to be pushed back because of her third craniotomy caused by "a stupid head infection."
