Michael Mosley's cause of death bombshell at inquest into tragic Greek island fall


Dr Michael Mosley's body was found in a rocky area on the Greek island of Symi in June following a four day search after the broadcaster went missing while on holiday

Senior coroner for Buckinghamshire, Crispin Butler, explained that Michael’s death was “indeterminate” and “unascertainable”, and that it “was most likely attributable either to heatstroke (accidental) or non-identified pathological cause”. A search was launched in June after the TV doctor went missing (Image: BBC)According to a document from the coroner, family evidence confirmed details from the trip and outlined how they’d been staying with friends. Following his tragic passing, Michael’s wife Dr Clare Bailey Mosley admitted that she was overwhelmed by the “extraordinary” response to his death.
