Dr Michael Mosley's body was found in a rocky area on the Greek island of Symi in June following a four day search after the broadcaster went missing while on holiday
Senior coroner for Buckinghamshire, Crispin Butler, explained that Michael’s death was “indeterminate” and “unascertainable”, and that it “was most likely attributable either to heatstroke (accidental) or non-identified pathological cause”. Following his tragic passing, Michael’s wife Dr Clare Bailey Mosley admitted that she was overwhelmed by the “extraordinary” response to his death.
