Michael McIntyre thrilled fans as he returned to the stage last night after a health scare forced him to cancel two shows - quipping: 'I've lost a stone but not in the way I thought.' McIntyre, who travelling the UK with his 50-date MACNIFICENT tour, was forced to postpone gigs post op at Southampton's Mayflower Theatre and Plymouth Pavilions, when he first became ill. It followed an earlier announcement: 'We regret to inform customers that Michael McIntyre will be unable to perform on Monday 4 March at the Mayflower Theatre in Southampton.
