Michael Madsen has filed for divorce from his estranged wife DeAnna after 28 years of marriage according to court documents seen by PEOPLE The Kill Bill star claims in the filing that the former couple separated shortly after their son Hudson's death by suicide in January 2022 Per the court documents, Madsen has accused his estranged wife of driving their son to suicide "by her neglect, drinking and alcoholism" Per court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the Kill Bill actor, 66, cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, claiming they'd separated shortly after their 26-year-old son Hudson's death by suicide on Jan. 25, 2022. The divorce filing comes after PEOPLE reported that Madsen had been taken into custody in the early hours of Saturday, Aug. 17, after being arrested under California Penal Code section 243(e)(1), which is battery of a spouse, per online records.
