Michael Douglas Says His Kids’ University Thought He Was the Grandfather on Parents’ Day: ‘That Was Rough’


Michael Douglas recalled an incident at one of his kids' universities in which he was mistaken for his child's grandparent on parents' day.

In a recent interview with The Telegraph, the Fatal Attraction actor, 79, remembered an awkward moment that happened on a university campus when he was visiting one of his children. “You bring me and the world such happiness @carys.douglas ❤️ Dad," Douglas captioned a picture of himself and his only at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival, where she supported him as he was honored with the Palme d'Or award. In the sweet shot, Douglas proudly looked on as Carys posed for red carpet photos in a glamorous white gown.
