Michael Douglas Is 'Enjoying My Hiatus' from Acting and Does Not 'Feel a Burning Desire' to Return


Michael Douglas is not in a rush to get in front of the camera again. The 80-year-old actor, who last appeared as Benjamin Franklin in the Apple TV+ mini-series 'Franklin' in 2024, is taking some time away from acting to focus on producing and his personal life.

He also acted alongside his son Cameron Douglas, 46, in the not-yet-released project Blood Knot. The two-time Oscar winner is best known for his roles in Wall Street, Fatal Attraction, Behind the Candelabra and more. Back in September, Zeta-Jones shared a photo golfing with Michael, writing, “Go Green!!
