In fact, it was former Warner Bros President of Production Courtenay Valenti, now Head of Film, Streaming and Theatrical at Amazon MGM Studios, who introduced Jordan. “Michael is involved in a number of upcoming projects including directing, producing and starring in our theatrical film The Thomas Crown Affair, ” she said. Jordan revealed that Ryan Coogler had in fact pitched the idea of an Adonis Creed franchise to him before the pair shot their first film together, Fruitvale Station.
