Michael B. Jordan Reacts to Carl Weathers’ Death: ‘Lost a Legend’


After Carl Weathers’ death at age 76, his on-screen son Michael B Jordan released a statement paying tribute to the iconic actor.

Carl, whose credits include a litany of impressive roles in television and film over the years, died on Thursday, and his family released a statement announcing his death on Friday, February 2. Through his contributions to film, television, the arts and sports, he has left an indelible mark and is recognized worldwide and across generations. He hilariously played himself in several episodes of the star-studded critical FOX comedy Arrested Development, and appeared as Greef Karga in the wildly popular Disneyseries The Mandalorian.
