Mia Goth allegedly told an extra who has accused her of kicking him on the set of MaXXXine that 'nobody will believe you because you're nothing'.
In January it emerged James Hunter - who worked on the third and final installment of the X trilogy - was suing Goth, 30, for battery amid claims she 'bullied' and 'intentionally kicked' him in the head while he was playing a bloody corpse on set. Goth said to The New York Times recently about the case that she 'could not address the lawsuit filed by an extra against her, West, and A24, alleging that she intentionally kicked him on the set of Maxxxine. MaXXXine also stars Emily in Paris' Lily Collins, Grammy-nominated musician Halsey, The Crown's Elizabeth Debicki and The Idol's Moses Sumney.
