Metallica are the latest act to play a concert in the popular video game Fortnite, joining the likes of Travis Scott, Ariana Grande and Marshmello.

Prior to Festival’s launch, the game hosted many virtual concerts for popular recording artists over the past several years, starting with the likes of Marshmello and Travis Scott in 2019 and 2020.
