Met Office sounds alarm over 'heavy and persistent' snow on its way


The UK is being battered by a range of severe weather conditions with the Met Office issuing at least one warning every day up until Thursday - with snow and rain expected

Kiera Quayle, a Colchester resident, faced travel chaos as her flight from Isle of Man Airport to Gatwick was significantly delayed and ultimately cancelled, leaving her and her husband stranded until the following day.
