Meryl Streep breaks silence on Martin Short romance rumors - after the stars held hands on red carpet
Meryl Streep and Martin Short have insisted their relationship is platonic, but tumors of a romance between the longtime friends and co-stars persist.
After the pair stoked dating rumors this past January, a rep for the Addams Family star told People they are 'very good friends, nothing more.' For his part, Martin Short lost wife Nancy Dolman to ovarian cancer in 2010 after 30 years of marriage. Eugene Levy, Eva Longoria and Zach Galifianakis will play the detective trio in the movie.
