The two-time Oscar nominee, who said she lost some 75 pounds through diet and exercise, graciously shrugged off a question from pal Barbra Streisand, 82, who accidentally set off a viral debate about weight loss drugs in May. The comedic couple called on several of their famous friends to take part in the production, including; Octavia Spencer , Glenn Close , Allison Janney , Joel McHale and Jim Rash.
