Melissa Barrera’s Sundance London Winner ‘Your Monster’ Snapped Up for U.K., Ireland by Vertigo Releasing (EXCLUSIVE)
Vertigo Releasing has acquired 'Your Monster,' the debut feature from writer-director Caroline Lindy, from Bankside Films.
The film blends romantic musical elements with comedy-horror and stars Melissa Barrera (“Scream,” “Abigail”), Meghann Fahy (“The White Lotus”), Tommy Dewey (“Casual”), Kayla Foster (“Call Jane”) and Edmund Donovan (“Civil War”). “Your Monster” premiered in the Midnight section at Sundance earlier this year and won the Audience Favorite Award at the festival’s London edition. Upcoming releases include “Arcadian” with Nicolas Cage, Jaeden Martell, Maxwell Jenkins and Sadie Soverall; and “The Exorcism” starring Russell Crowe, Ryan Simpkins, Sam Worthington, Chloe Bailey, Adam Goldberg and David Hyde Pierce.
