Mel Rodriguez Signs With Innovative Artists Entertainment
Actor Mel Rodriguez has signed with Innovative Artists Entertainment for representation, Deadline has learned.
Rodriguez first came to prominence for his Critics Choice-nominated performance on HBO’s Getting On, alongside Laurie Metcalf and Niecy Nash. Recent signings for Innovative include Taylor Polidore Williams, Brandee Evans, Shanola Hampton, Melissa Joan Hart, and Bobby Soto, as well as lit signings such as Debra Fisher, Peter Noah, Hugh Dillon, and Christian Donovan, and Meg Deloatch. Coral Tree Partners acquired a minority stake in the agency in late March, putting it on a path toward renewed growth.
