Mel Gibson Surveys Damage After $14.5 Million Home Burns Down in Palisades Fire: ‘Breaks My Heart’
Mel Gibson was photographed surveying the damage after the Pacific Palisades fire burned down his longtime Malibu home and destroyed most of his belongings.
Oscar-winning director Mel Gibson was seen surveying the damage done to his $14.5 million Malibu mansion after it burned down in the Pacific Palisades fire last week. Mel said that his son “grabbed like three things and took off.” He explained that they were able to take some stuff like “passports and a couple of papers” but there was essentially “nothing left” after the house burned down. Mel shares kids Hannah, Edward, Christian, William, Louis, Milo and Thomas with ex-wife Robyn Moore Gibson and daughter Lucia with ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.
