In in interview Thursday with NewsNation’s Elizabeth Vargas, Gibson said he was away in Austin, TX, recording Joe Rogan’s podcast when he learned his Malibu home had been destroyed. The Los Angeles wildfires have burned more than 31,000 acres and forced 180,000 people to evacuated their homes.
