Meghan Trainor has plans to go under the knife to change her appearance and she's telling all her fans about it before the procedure.

The Grammy winner, who shares sons Riley, four, and Barry, 18 months with husband Daryl Sabara, 32, has been open about her struggles to nurse her children. On an episode of her podcast Workin' On It, with Sabara and her brother, Ryan Trainor, the hitmaker explained how gaining and losing weight had affected her appearance.
