The twosome discussed working with their children since Tina, 71, and Beyoncé, 43, started running their hair care business Cécred together. “Something that is seemingly so big somehow becomes so microscopic in importance compared to what’s happening with my children,” she explained at the summit, noting that her most significant job is being a “role model” to her kids. Harry and Meghan had welcomed their eldest son, Prince Archie, two years earlier in May 2019 and he took to his big brother role immediately.
