The Duke jetted off to London on Tuesday for a celebration of the Invictus Games at St Paul's Cathedral, but Meghan Markle chose to stay put in California. The verdict has confirmed that the committee responsible for security arrangements for royalty and other high-profile individuals, known as Ravec, was within its rights to alter Prince Harry's protection following his decision to step back from being an active member of the Royal Family. However, Sir Peter Lane's judgment clarified: "The reality of the matter is that the claimant considers he should receive a different approach to his protection whilst in the UK than Ravec decided he should, based in part on his comparison of his own position with that of others.
