Meghan Markle Says Opening Up About Suicidal Thoughts Was “Worth It”

Following her and Prince Harry's 2021 interview with Oprah Winfrey, Meghan Markle has no regrets about sharing her mental health journey.

The Duchess of Sussex explained why she’s previously been open about experiencing suicidal thoughts while she and Prince Harry launched The Parents’ Network through their Archewell Foundation.
