Meghan Markle has reportedly reached out to Kate Middleton in a 'formal rather than sisterly' capacity amid her latest scandal, according to Royal expert Tom Quinn
It comes after it was revealed that hospital bosses are investigating claims that Kate's privacy was violated while she was a patient at The London Clinic in January - with at least one staff member allegedly trying to access her medical records. The release of Omid Scobie's controversial book late last year, which contained allegations about senior members of the Royal family, further strained relations.
