Megan Thee Stallion Sued by Personal Cameraman for Harassment and ‘Hostile Work Environment’

Cameraman Emilio Garcia alleges he was in a car with Megan Thee Stallion when the artist allegedly engaged in sexual contact with someone

In his lawsuit filed Tuesday in Los Angeles and obtained by Rolling Stone, Emilio Garcia alleges he was terminated in retaliation for his complaints about wage and hour issues. In his most explicit claim, Garcia alleges he was traveling with Megan Thee Stallion in Ibiza, Spain, in June 2022 when the hip-hop star “suddenly” started to engage in sexual contact with another woman “right beside” him in a moving vehicle. Garcia alleges the singer, whose legal name is Megan Pete, also made disparaging comments about his weight and contacted him “at all hours” to brainstorm TikTok videos and edit content.
