Megan Thee Stallion Lawsuit: Cameraman Emilio Garcia Accuses Rapper of Sexual Harassment

According to the lawsuit, Megan’s former cameraman alleges that she forced him to watch her have sex and that she created a hostile working environment.

According to court documents obtained by multiple outlets, Garcia pointed to an alleged 2022 incident involving him and the “Hot Girl Summer” rapper while they were in a car. Getty Images As first reported by NBC News, Garcia alleged he was trapped inside a moving vehicle in Spain next to Stallion while she had sex with a woman in June 2022. Per Garcia’s lawsuit, he claimed Stallion told him not to “ever discuss what you saw,” then subsequently berated and fat-shamed him, allegedly calling him a “fat bitch.” Moreover, he pointed out that he was left “embarrassed, mortified and offended throughout the whole ordeal.”
