During an appearance on Lorraine, hosted by Christine Lampard, the 32 year old former The Only Way Is Essex star discussed her new Sunday Times Bestselling cookbook, Love Gluten Free. But it hasn't been smooth sailing for Megan, who later revealed her struggles with a tough pregnancy, including a 'painful abscess' and a severe allergic reaction to medication that caused swelling around her tongue and neck, sending her to hospital.
