Meg Ryan looked dazzling as ever while attending the screening of her film, What Happens Later, at BCN Film Festival in Barcelona, Spain on Sunday.
Her dress already glowed plenty, but the When Harry Met Sally star added additional sparkle to her ensemble with a several stunning items of jewelry, including a prominent Briony Raymond Triple Row Posey Cuff. Although she wasn't in any Oscar-nominated films this year, she was likely rooting for Christopher Nolan's Best Picture winner Oppenheimer, as its A-list ensemble cast features her son Jack as the American theoretical physicist Richard Feynman, who shared the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1965. Meg shot to stardom in the 1980s, playing the female love interest in hit movies like the original Top Gun and When Harry Met Sally.
