Meg Ryan Says 'Events Conspired' to Bring Her and Her Daughter Daisy Together: 'It Was Perfect'
Meg Ryan recently shed some light on motherhood and her relationship with her 20-year-old daughter, Daisy True. She revealed that her daughter, a college sophomore, is studying English literature at college in New York City.
“I always thought I’d adopt, and at various points, I was on the brink of it,” Ryan told the outlet in the interview, published on Sunday, Dec. 15. Ryan followed that suggestion, telling PEOPLE in October 2023 she took a “giant break” from Hollywood to focus on “other parts of [her] experience as a human being [she] wanted to develop,” including raising her children. Jack, 32, and Daisy are “so different,” Ryan said, but both "are hilarious, they're smart, they are kind, they're interested in other people, they're curious about the world."
