Mediawan has bought a majority stake in Misfits, the U.K. company whose documentary 'Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story' premieres at Sundance.
European production powerhouse Mediawan has bought a majority stake in Misfits, the prestige U.K. company whose anticipated documentary “ Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story” will play at the Sundance Film Festival. D’Arvieu pointed out Mediawan is already working with high profile creatives, notably Oscar-winning producer and filmmaker Kevin Macdonald, through his joint Venture with Plan B. “The excellence of their creative vision, as well as their reputation as producers are in complete alignment with our ambition and our commitment to the careful nurturing of top talents,” she continued.
