Meagan Good Says Ex DeVon Franklin Is a 'Wonderful Man' and She Doesn't Regret Their Marriage (Exclusive)

Meagan Good tells PEOPLE about remaining friends with ex-husband DeVon Franklin after their breakup in 2021. 'There's nothing that I regret about my marriage, and there's nothing I regret about the person that I married,' says the 'Divorce in the Black' actress.

The actress, who tackles a crumbling marriage via a "therapeutic" role in the new Tyler Perry film Divorce in the Black, says she and Franklin are "still friends" and "there's still genuine love" between them. When they later decided to be a couple, she says Majors eventually "tried to encourage me not to be with him" as he faced misdemeanor charges of domestic assault against his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari. (He was found guilty on two counts of assault and harassment and sentenced to attend a year-long domestic violence intervention program.)
