Ghostbusters stars both new and old descended on Manhattan's AMC Lincoln Square, including actors from the original 1984 movie Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, , Annie Potts, Ernie Hudson and William Atherton. The plot of the film - which is due in theaters in March 2024 - centers on a killer storm that hits New York City, bringing with it a phenomenon known as the 'death chill.' The synopsis for the film reveals that the Spengler family 'returns to where it all started - the iconic New York City firehouse - to team up with the original Ghostbusters, who’ve developed a top-secret research lab to take busting ghosts to the next level.
