Maya James breaks silence on claims I'm A Celeb star is replacing her as Love Island host
Maya Jama has taken to social media to slam rumours that she is set to be replaced as the host of Love Island by Maura Higgins, who recently made waves on I'm A Celeb.
It comes after Maura Higgins, the 34 year old former Love Island contestant and I'm A Celebrity favourite, was tipped to take over after her successful stint in the jungle with Reverend Richard Coles. Adding that Maya has dreams of hosting TV in the US, the source then claimed that Maura, who rose to fame on Love Island in 2019, could be a great fit. The Bristol-born star has been the face of major ad campaigns for brands such as Rimmel London, Dolce and Gabbana, and JD Sports, cementing her status as a sought-after name in the industry.
