Max Will Be Bundled for No Extra Charge With Charter’s Spectrum TV Select Plan Under Early WBD Deal Renewal

Charter's Spectrum TV customers will get access to Warner Bros. Discovery's Max "at no extra charge" under a deal renewal between the two companies.

“This innovative partnership with Charter recognizes the value of our linear content and the investments we’ve made in premium original programming, sports and news, while also significantly expanding the distribution of Max’s ad-supported service to Spectrum’s millions of Select customers,” said David Zaslav, President and CEO of Warner Bros. “We did this agreement together nearly a year early to set a framework for the future and to provide more consumers access to our unparalleled content offering while giving the industry more resilience as it evolves. The addition of Max and Discovery+ represents comes after Charter inked similar deals with Disney for Disney+ and ESPN+, with Paramount Global for Paramount+ and BET+, as well as agreements to bundle AMC+ and Vix.
