Max Renews Jean Smart’s ‘Hacks’ for Fifth Season
Max announced it is renewing comedy series 'Hacks,' which stars Jean Smart, for a fifth season.
The comedy series stars Smart alongside Hannah Einbinder, Paul W. Downs, Megan Stalter, Carl Clemons-Hopkins, Mark Indelicato, and Rose Abdoo. The fourth season premiered in April and followed Smart’s Deborah and Einbinder’s Ava as they attempt to get their late-night show off the ground and make history in the process. Other cast members included Dan Bucatinsky, Helen Hunt, Tony Goldwyn, Kaitlin Olson, Jane Adams, Lauren Weedman, Christopher McDonald, Julianne Nicholson, and Michaela Watkins.
