Max Greenfield Jokes His 'Dream' Is to Be a 'Stay-at-Home Dad'


'Running Point' star Max Greenfield exclusively told Us Weekly that it would be his dream to become a stay-at-home dad for his two kids

“My dream world is that I can just retire and be a stay-at-home dad,” Greenfield, 45, exclusively told Us Weekly at the Thursday, February 13, premiere of his new Netflix series, Running Point. The series, produced by Mindy Kaling, follows former party girl Isla Gordon ( Kate Hudson) as she is put in charge of her family’s professional basketball team, the Los Angeles Waves. The idea that his character would feel undermined by his partner’s success is something Greenfield told Us “never really crossed my mind.” He stated, “I have a wife who’s got a book coming out — We’ve Decided to Go in a Different Direction — April 1.
