Matthew Perry's Will Names Half-Siblings as Beneficiaries, Trust Details

Matthew Perry created his will in 2009, listing his half-siblings as trust beneficiaries

“All my personal and household effects, including, but not limited to, jewelry, furniture and furnishings, works of art and automobiles, together with any insurance on such property, shall pass as part of my residuary estate,” Perry outlined in the court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Monday, March 11. That money is in addition to what his executors previously put into the living trust, which was seemingly named after Woody Allen ’s character in 1977’s Annie Hall. The late Matthew Perry is survived by his big family, who were spotted outside of his Los Angeles home following the actor’s sudden death at the age of 54.
