Matthew Perry's Pacific Palisades mansion sells for $8.5M - one year after his tragic ketamine death

Matthew Perry's former home in the Pacific Palisades has been sold for $8.55 million in an off-market deal, one year after his tragic passing.

Almost exactly a year after he was found dead in the hot tub of the residence on October 28, 2023 at just 54, the Friends star's 3,500-square-foot mansion was purchased by movie producer and real estate developer Anita Verma-Lallian, who is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Prior to his death, Perry frequently shared photos of his house, pool and yard, revealing that he was a big fan of Batman as artwork of the caped crusader was featured prominently in his home. A snap with his dad John Bennett Perry gave fans an insight into the statement decor in his home - including a huge purple crushed velvet sofa bed and stencil artwork
