The Dallas Buyers Club star wore a green button down and apron as he stood before the fiery grill, a pair of tongs in hand. A few fans playfully chimed into the comments section, with one warning McConaughey of his trouser-less antics: 'From experience I can tell you that bbq-ing without pants is a major hazard for men,' one wrote.
