Matthew McConaughey has revealed he has watched Jodie Foster's season of 'True Detective', though admitted his "favourite" is his season.

Foster appeared as the lead alongside Kali Reis in last year’s fourth outing, subtitled Night Country, which was regarded as a return to form for the series. McConaughey, who played Detective Rustin ‘Rust’ Cohle, has now weighed in on season four, sharing his praise. Foster won an Emmy last year for her portrayal of Liz Danvers on the show, becoming the first True Detective star to win the prestigious accolade.
