While Matt Reeves has previously spoken on talks he’s had about more spin-offs set in The Batman universe, it’s clear that the success of The Penguin has solidified these concepts into reality. While this doesn’t confirm that Two-Face will get his own series in The Batman universe, it certainly suggests characters like him are on the radar of Reeves and the rest of his team. Aside from The Joker, who previously was played by Barry Keoghan in The Batman, none of those villains have made their debut in Matt Reeves’ universe.
