Matt Damon reveals Bono provided title for documentary Kiss The Future about 1990s siege of Sarajevo and 'light triumphing over dark' while promoting project on The Daily Show


Matt Damon, 53, revealed the title of his documentary Kiss The Future was inspired by U2 lead singer Bono on Wednesday's episode of The Daily Show on Comedy Central.

The 53-year-old actor joined host Jordan Klepper, 45, to talk about his documentary Kiss The Future that premiered in 2023 at the 73rd Berlin International Film Festival ahead of its theatrical release in February. The film, which recently has been made available on Paramount+, details the 1990s siege of Sarajevo, the art community that sprang out of it and the way in which U2 brought people together during that period. Matt Damon revealed the title of his documentary Kiss The Future was inspired by U2 lead singer Bono on Wednesday's episode of The Daily Show on Comedy Central
