MasterChef's Christmas specials have been pulled from the BBC schedule as host Gregg Wallace takes a step back from the show during an investigation into allegations of inappropriate behaviour. The MasterChef Meets Strictly Festive Extravaganza planned for Monday, 30 December, will also be substituted with Repair Shop Favourite Fixes. One upset viewer tweeted: "As a #MiddleClassWomanOfaCertainAge paying the license fee in this household, @‌BBCOne shouldn't be showing #MasterChef @‌MasterChefUK this evening."
