MasterChef Australia fan left humiliated as she fails to recognise the show's biggest star Julie Goodwin

Julie Goodwin could not contain her laughter during a recent podcast recording, when a guest who was gushing about MasterChef Australia failed to recognise her as the series one winner.

Goodwin, 53, and Welsh woman Val were guests on the PodVan Podcast, which is recorded in a van driven across NSW by radio star Dave 'Rabbit' Rabbetts.
