According to a rumor by Alex Perez, a scooper at The Cosmic Circus, the film has been delayed in order to make room for multiverse stories while the saga is still ongoing. Especially since Marvel Studios has a new mandate to slow things down, any long-arc stories featuring Mahershala Ali as Blade would’ve had to have been delayed alongside his debut film.
